Story:
Lassy was dumped in the streets along with her sisters, Polly and Raylie, who are also available for adoption. All 3 dogs were battered and abused (apparently by their former owners). With the joint efforts of Andrea and Sonia (2 women living in the neighborhood where they were dumped) they were fed. Friends of Humane Services in Tijuana provided coupons for them to receive veterinary care, their vaccines and to be spayed.
Railey is ready for her forever home, where she will feel safe and loved.
