How the FHSTJ Certificate Program saved a mother cat and kitten.
A pregnant cat was rescued by a person with limited resources. The cat had severe difficulties giving birth. She had given birth to 4 dead kittens and one was stuck in the birth canal. She was in severe pain and dying as was the kitten. An FHSTJ volunteer was contacted and immediately took her to a veterinarian. The mother cat and kitten were saved.
